 Is an initiative to bring live mindfulness practice regularly online as we move through uncertain times.

Welcome

With the challenges we face as the pandemic unfolds, and as we find ourselves ‘being inside’, the sessions are aimed at providing a space to practice and explore our ‘being’, as we find ourselves ‘inside’.

With the uncertainty, anxieties, and concerns we all face globally, and the increased responsibilities it may bring in caring for our loved ones, as well as others, both personally and professionally, ensuring we also look after ourselves, and our mental wellbeing, is supremely paramount. Now, more than ever.

Mindfulness has been shown, with regular practice, to bring greater self-awareness, improved psychological wellbeing, increased general health, and a reduction in stress and anxiety. This has been backed up with over 40 years of scientific research and studies around the world.

Whilst not touted as a panacea for all ills, mindfulness may help in bringing a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness, presence, wellbeing, and resilience, in helping us navigate through the difficulties ahead of us.

As the world outside and around us, seemingly, pauses, finding a space inside to pause and to simply ‘be’  is equally important. Finding the time to go within may help us to awaken to the new reality we find ourselves in, and to cultivate greater clarity and skill, and to face with equanimity, what may currently seem a surreal, even unreal, situation.

To join a session, please feel free to visit the events page and click on a link to register for any of the sessions you wish to participate in. There are limited space in each session, so a first come first served basis will initially be offered. If any organisation, or group, wish to have a dedicated session specifically for your teams, feel free to contact me below. I will be happy to help.
