Welcome to the 'Being. Inside.' initiative.

With the current challenges we all face continuing to unfold, these live online mindfulness sessions are aimed at providing a space to practice and explore our ‘being’, as we find ourselves ‘inside’.

As the world outside, seemingly pauses, finding a space inside of ourselves to also pause and to simply ‘be’ is equally important for addressing our stress and nurturing our mental wellbeing.


We hope this quiet corner of the internet may help support you in building this resilience for yourselves.

And whether you are here from the humanitarian, academic, service, care, or health sectors, these regular live hourly sessions, professionally delivered by a qualified and experienced trainer, are offered completely freely in the spirit of supporting you, our caregivers, first responders, and service personnel. Thank you for your service, and for kindly keeping our world alive and moving at this critical time of need.


Regular frequent sessions are planned, with qualified guest trainers also, along with longer special events for larger groups, and dedicated sessions for individual agencies can also be arranged.


All you need to do is to click on the ‘join a live session’ tab at the top, or the green button, and select the session you wish to join.
