About the Event
This will be a 1 hour Mindfulness Session, open to all via registration, and subject to spaces for this session.
Typically, each session will have two practices, a shorter sitting for around 10-15 minutes, followed by a short reading or themed discussion, and ending with a longer 20-30 minute sitting.
